Brandon and I had the experience of going to the Utah State Fair for the first time this year. It was so fun. Jared and Kristee invited us to go and I am so glad that they did! When we first got there, I was starving! So we headed straight for the food. I was so overwhelmed by it all... I felt like Templeton on Charlotte's Web! I wanted to taste it all! I couldn't remember the song that he sang... but I wished so badly that I could have started singing it! It goes a little something like... "A fair is a veritable smorgasbord..." Remember that song?! I need to watch that show again so I can learn that song for next years Fair.Brandon and I finally settled on trying the Navajo Tacos. Here Brandon is standing in the ridiculous line!

It was pretty crowded but we were able to squeeze ourselves onto a table to eat.....jpg)
And then of course we went and checked out the animals. The animals loved Brandon....jpg)

Our adorable niece, Kenzie, was loving it all! She was running around the whole time. I was barely able to catch this picture of her!.jpg)
Brandon wanted me to act like I was kissing the pig, but honestly this was as close as I could get without throwing up... they are so gross. This pig was freaking out, they are viscous! .jpg)

And the highlight of my night... Deep Fried Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich! My face may look like I am disgusted by it but Brandon just took forever to take the picture so my mouth was salivating as I was trying to hold this pose :) The sandwich was delicious!.jpg)
This is me again enjoying my extremely unhealthily sandwich while everyone else tried to watch the Tiger show that was going on... you can see Jared in the back holding Kenzie up so she could see the show. I am not quite sure what that other random guy is trying to do but apparently we caught him trying to catch an itch!.jpg)
We ended our fun night by watching the Rodeo. It brought me back to my Morgan days!Have you seen anything cuter than this?!.....

I heard about those fried PB and jelly sandwiches! We'll have to make it out to the fair next year- everyone is talking about how great it was. When are you guys going to have kids?

It's easy to tell that Brandon isn't from Morgan, the cows probably scarred him. Seriously..whats better then the fair??? We miss you guys, when our babies get big enough to have visitors we will have you over

I have to tell you that I randomly bought Crew the movie Charlotte's Web and Broc and I just finished watching it tonight before I read your post. So if you want to rehearse the song, you can borrow the movie anytime! I was just telling Broc during the movie that part of Templeton singing that song was my fav part! Seriously loved the posts! But to be honest, it really made me mad that we didn't end up going:( Oh well there is always next year!
Fun! I have never been to the state fair but after hearing about the food, I think I must attend next year! We need to hang out sometime!

Hey Becks! I am seriously craving a fair with all the beautiful fall weather. I don't think they have them until later down here though. Your sandwich looked yummy. I always say that anything tastes yummy if you fry it in enough oil!
